It seems that a new Xiaomi tablet it’s in development right now, and today a first picture showing the slate appeared on web. This device looks preety slim, and we also notice two stereo speakers.
According to a GFXbench benchmark, the Xiaomi tablet will pack a 9.2 inch screen, with a 1280×720 pixel resolution, a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. We also find out that the tablet has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.5-megapixel front-facing camer.
The rumors also suggest that the Xiaomi tablet will feature 3G and that it will run on the customised Android interfaced, called MIUI. It’s still early to think about a price, so we just might expect some other leaks in the near future.
