It’s still promotion for Apple, mind you that and although the message is that the new tablet is as good as a piece of wood, the hidden message here is that even an uncool grandpa has one. As you may already know last weekend Apple sold 3 million of these babies and I guess that before Easter time they’ll reach 10 million, for yet another successful launch of a product that to me doesn’t bring much extra from the iPad 2. It’s not like I cared if I saw the pixels on the iPad 2 screen when zooming in… and not like I care if I don’t see them when zooming in on the Retina Display.
Also, that LTE thing… totally useless, with carriers dropping calls nowadays, imagine how they drop data connections. Plus, there’s that huge battery on board to power up the display and LTE chip, that in some cases does that overheating thing. Taking all of that into account do you still like this new tablet? Honestly…
