Right now Sony only has two Android tablets on the market, the Tablet P and Tablet S, but they may be preparing follow-ups to the not so well selling slates. A recently leaked benchmark result from NenaMark mentions a certain Sony V150 tablet, that packs a quad core Tegra 3 CPU and Android 4.0.

This mysterious device uses a quad core 1.4 GHz processor and runs version 4.0.3 of ICS. The display on board of this slate has the same diagonal size as the one of the Tablet S, indicated by the unusual resolution of 1280 x 752 pixel resolution. The benchmark shows a total score of 59.70 points and other than that we have no idea what this product will bring. V150 could be a codename for a brand new tablet and Sony’s really getting busy, since yesterday we saw a poster of a hybrid tablet from the same company, with Windows 8 on board and a sliding keyboard.

If this Tegra 3 tablet is real, one thing is for sure: it will be PlayStation certified and it will have an original design, since Sony is fond of unique looks, when it comes to its new gadgets. The last two slates they launched were also unique: a folded magazine design and a dual display clamshell design. What will the V150 bring?
