Sharp has a new tablet certified by the FCC, the EB-L76G-B model, that’s expected to come to the carrier DoCoMo, complete with LTE Support. This device is a FDD-LTE/WCDMA product, that passed through the authority on January 16th.
This unit was certified by Bluetooth and WiFi usage, with support for 5.x GHz bands and 2.4 GHz bands as well. NFC was on the list as well and the product is said to be offered only in Japan. The design doesn’t tell us much, judging from the sketches, so all we know is that this model is rectangular, seems pretty narrow and slim.
Since it’s a Sharp product, there’s a chance we may see an IGZO display on board, which automatically means we’ll get good brightness and good battery usage. The product should integrate two cameras, 2 or 3 GB of RAM and probably a Full HD res screen or maybe one with a better resolution.
