This week we’ve found out that Apple is now allowed to look at five upcoming Samsung products, courtesy of a decision of a Federal judge, following the lawsuit regarding patents. Now Samsung is playing the same game and it wants a peek at the iPhone 5 and Pad 3, as mentioned in a motion filed by Samsung’s lawyers a couple of days ago.

Apple wants to have a look at the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 final commercial versions, because these models will be on the market simultaneously with the Droid Charge and Galaxy Tab 10.1. Thus, they want to prepare for potential legal action, in case there’s any similarity between products. Samsung wants the devices in their final version by June 13, 2011 and sadly only lawyers get to see the goods and not people at Samsung.

This means that leaks are unlikely to happen, although we wish we’d see the iPad 3 in advance, that’s for sure.
