There’s a new Samsung tablet in town, judging by the recent leak of a model dubbed SM-T805. This is an unannounced model that was mentioned last week and now it has been confirmed by Samsung, through an UA profile.

The device is said to run Android 4.4 KitKat and feature a display with 1600 x 2560 pixel resolution. The Bluetooth SIG approval of the model has been confirmed recently, so we’re probably approaching release. Sadly, this is where all the info regarding the device ends. One could assume that this model comes with an AMOLED screen, considering that Samsung is prepared to mass produce AMOLED panels for tablets.

I wouldn’t get my hopes up for a release of this model soon, since Samsung have just released a batch of Pro models at CES in January. We’re also expecting the Tab 4 tablets to come to life, unless Samsung is saving them for the fall Galaxy Note 4 event…
