Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets are packing an Eynox 5 Octa or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 16 or 32 GB of storage, a microSD card slot up to 128 GB, a 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel main camera and Android 4.4 KitKat as default operating system. These tablets also come in a slim case, more precisely a 6.6 mm body.
