The Back to School promotions and special offers have already started and kids tablets are expected to pop up these days. Samsung isn’t missing from this lineup, with a kids version of the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0.
The device is pictured above and can be seen as a response to the LG KidsPad from last year, although that seemed oriented for kindergarten youngsters and this seems to also fit higher ages. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids features a 7 inch 1024 x 600 pixel TFT LCD display, a 1.2 GHz dual core CPU and 1 GB of RAM.
It has a 1.3 MP front camera, NFC, Bluetooth 3.0 and it measures 9.9 mm in thickness. The product weighs 302 grams and it will probably be filled with educational software, games and other goodies for kids to have fun with and learn at the same time.
