The web has been raving with the info about the Apple-related scandal, that resulted in Samsung being banned from selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 slate in Europe. It all started in Germany and now the slate will have to be removed from shelves, after being launched in Britain last week and in Romania 2 days ago.

One should note that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was the fastest selling slate in Britain since the iPad. As I said, it all started in Germany, where Apple got a preliminary injunction against the sale and marketing of the new Galaxy Tab in the entire Europe except the Netherlands. The judge responsible with the trial back Apple on this one, but we expect an appeal soon from Samsung.

It seems that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is believed to have used intellectual property from Apple, copying the iPad 2. But how original is the iPad anyway? This tweet showed me a concept back from the early nineties, that I honestly had no idea of. The idea of the iPad is actually older than Apple’s successful portable devices…, as shown in the video below. So, who will be the next company to get sued or sue Apple?

It could me, it could be you… or anyone?!
