Korean publication Business Daily has published official info about the Galaxy Note III, quoting sources from Samsung. They finally confirmed 3 GB of RAM, a speculation we’ve heard before, associated with the rest of specs.
The device features a Snapdragon 800 chipset, supports LTE-A connectivity and a 5.7 inch Full HD. Supposedly there was a 5.99 inch prototype tested, but Samsung decided to go with the 5.7 inch version, taking into account the market reaction to Galaxy Mega 5.8 and Mega 6.3. The phablet features thin bezels, so the 5.7 inch feels a bit like a smaller unit.
Aside from 3GB of RAM, we also get confirmation about Android 4.3 being on board of this newcomer. The product is expected to debut at IFA 2013 in Berlin, around the date September 4th. Strangely enough, while we’ve heard more than enough about the camera of this phablet, there’s no detail about its stylus…
