OnePlus Pad 2 leaked months ago with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor in tow, but now the device has popped up again, this time in GeekBench. It has the codename OPD2404 and some pretty impressive results.

It scored 2103 points in the Single Core sub test and 6297 in the Multi Core one. There’s also 8 GB of RAM in the mix and Android 14 as the OS. The OPPO Pad 2 was pretty similar in specs with the OnePlus Pad, so the OnePlus Pad 2 is most likely an OPPO Pad 3 rebrand. OPPO Pad 3 is rumored to pack a 12.1 inch screen, with a 3000 x 2120 pixel resolution.

It all points towards a 3K 7:5 LCD screen, accompanied by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. The screen will reportedly deliver up to 900 nits of brightness. The device is also rumored to come with a 13 megapixel rear camera, an 8 megapixel selfie shooter and a 9510 mAh battery, with 67W fast charging.

Reports claim that the OnePlus Pad 2 may be launched in the second half of 2024, but some sources also talk about delays. There are others though that mention an early July debut. We also have Dolby Vision in the mix and Dolby Atmos.
