A couple of official looking slides related to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S slates have leaked out and the images are crisp and clear. The leak comes just a short while after we saw the preorder time frame of the devices here.
I have to remind you that Samsung has a Premiere event scheduled for June 12th and they will use that occasion to introduce the new slates. What we see here are retail images of the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, the 10.5 inch version of the Super AMOLED tablet. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 will be very thin at 6.6 mm, but it’s not incredibly light, seeing how it weighs 465 grams. The Tab S 8.4 is quite light at 287 grams, meanwhile.
The back side has the same perforated texture as the Galaxy S5 and overall the slate looks quite nice. The Tab S models will feature Ultra Power Saving Mode, Download Booster and a fingerprint scanner, plus Remote PC, that was available on the Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 as well. The Tab S will be able to sync to your phone and take incoming calls, a feature that was also seen last year on the LG G Pad 8.3 in tandem with LG handsets.
The Galaxy Tab S models will offer a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution and octa core Exynos CPUs.
