Mouser Computer is a Japanese company you must have never heard of till now, but they seem to have produced a pretty promising slate, the LuvPad AD100, pictured below. This is a 10 inch multitouch LCD tablet with LED backlighting and support for a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.
Here’s the specs list of the LuvPad device:

Memory: 512MB DDR2 RAM, 8GB flash memory, microSD card slot
Connectivity: USB 2.0, WiFi IEEE802.11 b/g
Others: built in speakers, 760 grams weight
Mouse Computer will sell this unit in Japan for $480 starting this month. Geek Stuff 4 U sells the tablet outside Japan for $530.75.
