This was a busy week for Android lovers, who were treated with the debut of Android 2.3, sightings of the PSP Phone and even a Honeycomb tablet made by Motorola popped up. Well, the slate is back, courtesy of a leak in Taiwan, showing the device’s home screen. Can you guess what else was leaked? Yes, you’ve got it, the tablet’s specifications.

From the info we have right now, it seems that Moto will be making both a 7 inch and 10 inch version of the tablet, with the latter being the one showcased by Andy Rubin during the D: Dive Into Mobile conference. The screenshot above was taken from a device with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and an unknown diagonal.

Nvidia Tegra 2 T20 dual-core should be handling the processing and as far as specs go, you also get a gyroscope, a 5MP main camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. If you’re wondering about storage, 32GB (embedded MMC) and a microSD slot will suit your needs. This is all we have on the Motorola Honeycomb tablet right now, but some connectivity options wouldn’t hurt, at this point.
