Last week’s Android talk was all about the 10 inch tablet made by Motorola, running Honeycomb and shown by Andy Rubin during the D: Dive Into Mobile event. Now, the device continues to haunt us, this time with a bunch of blurry live pictures and some pretty solid specifications.

This Verizon-branded product is a 10 inch Android Tegra 2 unit, that’s supposed to be either the Stingray or Moto Everest or a device codenamed “Trygon”. As far as specs go, you’re getting the following:

  • CPU: 1GHz, Tegra 2 T20
  • Memory: 32GB storage, 512MB RAM, microSD card slot (32GB extra)
  • Display: 10 inch, 1280 x 800, multitouch
  • Connectivity: micro-USB, mini-HDMI, 3.5mm audio jack
  • Camera: unknown resolution, dual LED flash.

I guess this slate will be a very hot item during CES 2011, when maybe we’ll learn a launch date and price for the supposed Everest.
