Lenovo is one of the manufacturers that hasn’t established an name for itself in the smartphone and tablet market. Their products usually compete in the mid-low end segment but they have good price offerings and decent build quality to seem appealing for some.
Lenovo’s latest addition to their tablet line-up is called the IdeaTab A2107A. The device that made an appearance at FCC today has a 7-inch display, just like the highly acclaimed Google Nexus 7. The screen has a resolution of 1024×600, something we would have expected more of. The tablet is powered by a 1GHz Mediatek MT6620P processor, has 1GB of RAM, 8GB / 16GB of internal storage and front (0.3MP) and rear (2MP) cameras. The power needs are supplied by a 3700mAh battery. The IdeaTab A2107A is a Wi-Fi only model and does not offer support for wireless cellular networks. No info about pricing and availability has been released as of yet.
