Lenovo LePad S2005, the interesting 5 inch Galaxy Note rival has just arrived in China. where it’s available for $390. The device is a smartphone + tablet hybrid, just like the Galaxy Note mentioned previously. I sure hope that this model will cross the Ocean and arrive to Europe and the USA.

The hardware isn’t that impressive on this device, that comes with a 1.2GHz dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5 inch 800 x 480 LTPS touchscreen and 8GB of internal memory. As far as cameras go, we get a main 5 megapixel sensor and a secondary 1.3 megapixel one. Lenovo LePad S2005 runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and it seems to run it in the classic customized Lenovo version, with that special shortcuts area that we saw on the Lenovo ThinkPad and IdeaPad slates.

LePad S2005 also uses a 1680 mAh battery and supports 1080p HD video recording. Aside from the camera, the internal memory and display quality, everything is the same as the as the Galaxy Note, but you can tell that those feats are crucial enough to make you spend more on the Samsung gear. After all, that Super AMOLED screen with great resolution and that stunning camera are worth all the bucks…
