The Lenovo LePad tablet has finally reached the US, or better said the FCC, but with a name change. The device is now known as the Skylight and last we heard it was coming to the stores in June. The user manual for the unit formerly known as LePad has just reached the FCC, also mentioning some specs for the device.

The user manual says that Skylight will come with a 10.1 inch screen, with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, a Snapdragon CPU, Android 2.2 and a 2 megapixel camera. WiFi and Bluetooth are there, as usual and we sure hope that Froyo will get an update along the way. It’s probably this the reason why the tablet was delayed, to prepare it for the arrival of Honeycomb.
