If you don’t know where to buy your brand new iPad Air from, there’s now a special tool showing you available models at local Apple Stores. The device was made available in stores yesterday in dozens of countries all over the world.
As more and more fans get hold of it, the item becomes hard to find and inventory shrinks. The iPhone 5s also had a tracking tool when it was released, so experience is paying off. The tool is online based and you can access this tracker here. You only need to choose the two parameters for the device: space grey or silver and WiFi only or cellular.
Then you input a zip code and the tool will show the products available in your area, with up to 20 Apple Stores listed. Green squares show availability and red ones show lack of product. You can see that in this case the availability is widespread, aside from the 128 GB model, that’s not quite easy to find.
