With the recent flood of iPhone and iPad related rumors, it’s hard to tell a render from a leaked photo and a decent launch date from pure speculation. After finding out that the iPhone 5 might be announced in August after all, now we learn that the iPad 3 could also come this year, in November even.
China Times is claiming that suppliers are preparing 400k trial units of the handset, while the iPad 3 aka the iPad 2 Plus will be announced in September, with a Thanksgiving release date. The new tablet is also supposed to sport an improved display with full 1080p HD support, that will pair in beautifully with the new iTunes HD+ 1080p movies.
Some say that September will see both gadgets released, while some consider the iPad 3 2012 material. What do you think? I say we’ll have a very happy Christmas, that’s for sure…
