Infinix is expanding its tablet portfolio with the global debut of the XPAD 20, a sleek mid-range slate that blends practical hardware with thoughtful software touches. Now live on the brand’s global website, the XPAD 20 arrives without region-specific pricing or availability just yet, but its spec sheet paints a clear picture of what users can expect.

At its core, the XPAD 20 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset, paired with an ARM Mali-G52 GPU, and runs Android 15 out of the box. Infinix is committing to two years of security patch updates, signaling longer-term support for the device.

The tablet comes in four RAM and storage configurations—ranging from 4GB + 128GB to 8GB + 256GB—all using LPDDR4X memory and eMMC storage. If you need more space, there’s a microSD slot that supports up to 1TB of expanded storage.

The 11-inch IPS LCD display offers Full HD+ resolution (1200 × 1920), up to 90Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate, with peak brightness reaching 440 nits. It’s TÜV Rheinland-certified for low blue light, making it more comfortable for extended viewing.

Camera-wise, the XPAD 20 includes an 8MP rear shooter with LED flash capable of 1080p video at 30fps, while the 5MP front camera handles selfies and video calls at 720p—and also features its own flash.

Keeping things powered is a 7000mAh battery, supported by 10W wired charging over USB-C. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, 4G LTE, and even a 3.5mm headphone jack. The tablet supports both nano SIM and microSD cards via a hybrid tray.

Infinix is also pushing software perks like multi-device collaboration and a handful of AI features to round out the experience. The device weighs 498g, measures 7.9mm thick, and comes in four vibrant finishes: Rising Red, Dreamy Purple, Forest Green, and Stellar Grey. A keyboard, stylus, and protective case are also available as optional accessories.

Alongside the XPAD 20, Infinix is gearing up for a May 21 launch event in Malaysia, where it will unveil the XPad GT tablet and the GT 30 Pro smartphone. The XPad GT aims higher, with a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD display, 144Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 chipset, eight speakers for immersive 3D audio, and support for Infinix’s Folax AI assistant.

Stay tuned—Infinix’s latest push into tablets signals a growing ambition in the affordable performance tier.
