After launching a very cheap Android slate at MWC, HP follows that with a behemoth model, that packs a 21.5 inch display. This is a Tegra 4 tablet with Android on board, that has just been announced during an event in Beijing. The new model is called HP Slate 21 AIO.
It comes with a Full HD touchscreen and relies on the Nvidia Tegra 4 CPU for processing duties. This device runs Android 4.2.2 and it comes with a rear kickstand, that allows you to prop it upright at a 30 degree angle or so. In case you’re wondering, the screen is an IPS one and we also get dual speakers with Digital Theater Systems technology, a TrueVision HD webcam and wireless direct printing technology.
During the Beijing event, HP also showcased the SlateBook x2, the first Android PC/tablet combo. It comes with a 10.1 inch 1200p display, an IPS panel and also a Tegra 4 CPU, plus DTS Sound and Android 4.2.2.
