HONOR’s WIN lineup is set to expand beyond gaming phones, which pair 10,000mAh batteries with active cooling. The company could bring the same approach to a compact gaming tablet under the HONOR WIN brand.

An HONOR China executive has confirmed that a compact WIN gaming tablet is coming soon. The move follows the positive reception for RedMagic’s Astra tablets and would extend a lineup that already includes gaming phones and laptops. LinLin, vice president of HONOR China, said the next WIN products will include gaming smartphones and laptops, alongside a small gaming tablet.

Lin says the WIN Mini will be a compact tablet. Specifications have not been announced, but it could land in the roughly 8.5- to 9-inch class with a high-refresh-rate display, glass-and-metal construction, substantial RAM, fast storage, and a powerful processor. Active cooling—possibly a 20,000 RPM fan—plus gaming controls, bypass charging, and a side-mounted USB-C port are also plausible. U.S. availability should not be assumed: the device may remain China-focused, though a later rebrand is possible.
