Google has been teasing its Pixel Tablet for the better part of 2022, but it’s only at Google I/O 2023 in May we’ll see it launched. Till then we get a major leak, that involves the device hitting Facebook Marketplace, in prototype form, with a dock.

We’ve seen not yet launched products on sale before, but this one still manages to surprise us. The Pixel Tablet is, as rumored a dockable device and it comes with a speaker dock. Its design feels like the Google Nest one. The screen has pretty large bezels, an USB-C port on the left side, where there are also speakers. There are two microphones at the top and the selfie camera is integrated on the top as well, for video calls.

The dock has a “G” logo on it and seems to function as both a charger and a speaker. It feels a lot like the Google Nest Hub. According to past rumors, the tablet will bring a Google Tensor processor and a 10.95 inch screen, probably a LCD if the price is down. There’s 256 GB of storage and 4, 6 or 8 GB of RAM here, plus a main camera with 8 MP Sony IMX355 sensor.

The wallpaper shown here is the familiar “Feathers” collection one from the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The price is $400 on Facebook Marketplace by the way. Expect a debut at Google I/O 2023 in May.
