After being shown off at CES 2011, the Dell Streak 10 Android 3.0 tablet is now rumored to be available next month. Apparently, the product will be shipping as soon as Honeycomb is made available and the device will be iPad-size, according to rumors.

BBC business editor Tim Weber is the one with the scoop and his words quote Michael Dell, who spoke about his company’s future plans. They include Windows Phone 7 devices and slates, like the new Dell Streak. Aside from the Streak 10, we’re also waiting for the 7 inch Streak 7, that will be available soon in the States.

Last we heard, Streak 7 was a dual core unit, but sadly only with Android 2.2 on board. At least we have the “4G” T-Mobile connectivity as consolation…

I’m sick of hearing about android tablets. Dell, Motorola, etc should all just be quiet until they’re ready to actually introduce a product that can offer the iPad some genuine competition…period.
