Toshiba has a field day today, so after yesterday’s Acer and ASUS showcasing at Computex 2013, here comes their rival Toshiba and shows 3 new tablet models. Two of them have Tegra 4 CPUs and one of them has a stylus and special digitizer abilities.
The new lineup is made of the Toshiba Excite Pure model, that’s the lowest end of the bunch, with a 10 inch 1280 x 800 pixel display and a Tegra 3 CPU, plus 1 GB of RAM and Android 4.2.this product will arrive with 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, a 3 MP rear camera and microHDMI. The price is $299.99.
Moving further we find the Excite Pro and Excite Write models, both with Tegra 4 CPUs and 10 inch displays, but the second unit also comes with a stylus. The Pro packs a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution panel, 32 GB of storage, 2 GB of RAM, an 8 MP camera and it’s priced at $499.99. The Excite Write is $100 more and it has some specs apps associated to the stylus: TruNote, some drawing software and ThinkFree Office.
