Chuwi is a Chinese device maker, that stands out from the crowd today through a very affordable tablet with decent specs. The new model is the Chuwi V17 Pro, a dual core Android slate priced at just 35 euros.
For this aggressive price you get a 7 inch tablet with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, a dual core Cortex A9 CPU clocked at 1 GHz and 512 MB of RAM. There’s 8 GB of storage on board, while at the back you’ll find a 3 megapixel camera. Other specs include a 3000 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth, microUSB and Android 4.2.2.
The product measures 10.2 mm in thickness and weighs 287 grams, which is very OK for this device. You’re probably wondering what the catch is here and apparently there’s none, since that’s the actual price of the product. I wonder if it ships to Europe or it’s just limited to China.
