While the Chuwi Hi10 was dubbed an “ultrabook tablet” when it debuted months ago, the device now gets a follow-up that’s a 2 in 1 device, with stylus. The newcomer will arrive on August 15th and it’ll be priced at $199.
It packs a 10.1 inch Full HD screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and also relies on an Intel Atom Cherry Trail X5 CPU, an upgrade from the Z8300 CPU of the predecessor. The Chuwi newcomer also has Intel HD Graphics of the 8th gen and runs on a dual OS setup. It uses both Windows 10 and Remix OS 2.0, the latter based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Inside we find 4 GB of DDR3L RAM, 64 GB of storage and a 6400 mAh battery. There’s a set of 2 MP cameras, one at the back and one front and we get USB Type C connectivity, as well as support for 5V/3A charging. The body of the Chuwi Hi10 Pro is slim, at 8.5 mm and it’s made of CNC processed aluminum alloy. Bonus, there’s support for a detachable magnetic docking keyboard and the Chuwi HiPen H2 stylus, those sold separately.
