Since Walgreens sells the affordable Maylong M-150 slate, Toys ‘R’ Us also jumped in the biz, preparing another affordable tablet: the Elonex eTouch. It’ll retail for $144 and you’ll find two models available for purchase: a 7 inch one and a 10 inch slate, that costs $240.
