After a few moments ago we found out about two new tablets designed for illustrators that were announced at CES 2015 by Wacom, now we get to know that beside these models we also have some new ones. More precisely we’re talking about the Cintiq Companion 2 tablet.

The new Companion tablet double as a handy pen display when you’re using it a home paired with a Windows PC or a Mac via Wacom Connect app. Also, when you’re out, this tablet quickly becomes a Windows tablet that can run Photoshop and other design apps.

In terms of specs we get a 13.3-inch Quad HD display (2.560 x 1.440 pixels), an Intel Core i3 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 64 GB SSD, 4 GB of RAM, Intel HD Graphics and Windows 8.1. While this Entry level variant is priced at $1.299, the Value edition has a $1.599 price tag, Standard – $1.999 price tag, and the last one called Premium is coming with a 512 GB SSD, an Intel Core i7 processor clocked at 3.1 GHz and 16 GB of RAM, tablet priced at $2.499.
