You may have heard of a smartphone or two that feature a ton of RAM, but this rarely happens in the world of tablets. Today we learn about the Blackview Tab 18, that features a 12 inch screen and quad speakers, plus up to 24 GB of RAM, as revealed by Mobilissimo.ro.

The design is very good looking, as the device comes with a fingerprint proof finish and colors inspired by nature. It’s blue or gray and the screen seen here is an IPS LCD with a 12 inch diagonal and 2.4K resolution. There’s also TUV Rheinland certification for reduced blue light, plus a screen to body ratio of 86.6%.

There are 3 modes for eye protection here, including a reading mode and the Widevine L1 support is present for compatibility with Netflix, Disney, Hulu and other streaming platforms. There’s even support for a magnetic stylus. Specs include a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a 6 nm chip clocked at 2.2 GHz, 256 GB of flash storage UFS 2.1 and a microSD card slot. There’s also LPDDR4X RAM, reaching up to 24 GB with RAM Expansion.

There’s also an 8800 mAh battery with 33W fast charge and the promise of 18 days of battery life in standby or 12 hours of usage. Finally, there’s an 8 MP front camera with a Samsung sensor and 16 MP back camera. Software-wise, there’s something called DokeOS P 4.0 based on Android 13.
