As we noticed lately, more and more mobile operators are offering products under their brand, like Orange or Telekom. Now, AT&T starts doing the same by launching the Trek HD, a 8-inch Android slate that offers LTE connectivity and pretty good specs for a low price. Customers will be able to get this tablet on contract for just 50$.
In terms of specs, we’re getting a 8-inch HD display (1280 x 800 pixels), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is clocked at 1.6 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 16 GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot up to 32 GB.
There’s a 4.060 mAh battery that promises up to 5.5 hours of lifetime or 22 hours in standby, 4G LTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. Trek HD offers a 5-megapixel auto-focus camera on the back and a 2-megapixel front-facing sensor.
