Straight from Germany comes news about a new version of the excellent ASUS Transformer Pad 300 tablet aka the TF300TL, that will be available soon in a LTE version. Last week there was info about a new version called ASUS Transformer Pad TF300TG, with the G standing for 3G modem and now we get details about the LTE one.

Samsung was fast to launch the Galaxy Note 10.1 and to say that they’re bringing the 4G and 3G version quickly, while RIM is preparing  a 4G PlayBook, so it’s logical that ASUS would make a move in this direction. The Pad TF300TG gives up to 14 hours of functioning time, with keyboard dock included, obviously. ASUS Transformer Pad TF300TL will retail for 629 euros and 529 without a dock. It will be available in white, blue and red and it will come with Android 4.0, with a promise to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean later on.

The hardware specs of the LTE model haven’t changed and they include an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a microSD card slot and a 10.1 inch display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. Excited about this release? What more could you want? Maybe a LTE PadFone?
