After the Acer Iconia Tab A100 slate launched in the weekend, now a fresh dual core slate has come to the US: ASUS Eee Pad Transformer. This one was priced at a mere $399.99, so it’s no wonder the product sold out on the same day that it was made available.
We’re dealing with a 1GHz Tegra 2 tablet with Android 3.0 Honeycomb, 16GB of storage and 10.1 inch IPS display. This is the cheapest Honeycomb device on the market right now, that was sold by Amazon.com, Best Buy and Newegg, all of them having sold out their units.
