ASUS stirred some confusion a couple of months ago, when it introduced tablets called Pads and a digital notepad called Tablet, but everything seems to be cleared now, through a new branding. apparently, the Eee Tablet will be renamed the Eee Note EA800, for more clarity as far as its purpose is concerned.
The device still bears the same specs (8 inch monochrome display, 4GB storage, 2MP cam) and we expect it to pop up during CES 2011. The screen on the Eee Note supports a 768 x 1024 pixel resolution, 64 levels of gray and 256 levels of pressure sensitivity. You can also record voice memos with this unit and use a stylus for input.
