Archos just took to Facebook to tease its upcoming Gen 10 tablet, that will be announced in about 3 weeks. They have been quite busy lately, leaking an Android gaming tablet and some other models as well and now this newcomer… All we have regarding the Archos Gen 10 tablet is the picture you can see right here, so we can only speculate on that.
We’re dealing with a follow-up to last year’s Archos G9 tablet series and the latest version looks like higher end material, with good design, build quality and optional keyboard dock, according to rumors. Meanwhile, I should remind you that months ago, Archos leaked a glimpse of their G10 XS tablet in a teaser video posted on their YouTube channel. The Gen 10 will probably be a series that includes both the model above and some more affordable units with lower specs, perhaps.
Right now I can say that this model looks elegant and if they truly want to surprise us, they must implement Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on it. Also a decent battery and camera would be good, as well as a quad core CPU…
