When you think about Acer tablets you usually hear about the Iconia Tab A200, A510 and A700, but now here’s the A110, recently spotted with Jelly Bean on board. The pics proving that come from retailer ebuyer.com, that lists the Acer Iconia Tab A110 with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as the OS of choice.
This 7 inch tablet is the first one with this diagonal size and this OS, aside from the Nexus 7. Acer Iconia Tab A110 is a 7 inch model shown at Computex 2012 in Taiwan and when it was showcased, it only had Android 4.0 ICS on it. Its specs include a quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor a 1.2 GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The product is supposed to debut in September, with a very appealing price tag of 199 euros.
The A110 will cost about as much as the Nexus 7 and it could be even cheaper in Germany. This 199 euro price tag applies to the 8GB storage version, while the 16 GB version goes for 249 euros. So, this or the Google Nexus? What do you choose? Neither have a back camera!
