Sprint has started issuing invites to a special press event, meant to unveil an “industry first”, with rumors talking about a 4G iPhone or a new slate. All Android sites were invited to the event and recently the speculations started talking about a dual-screen Android tablet.
Apparently, inside sources have revealed that the device that will be unveiled next month will feature large screens, dual screens to be more precise with a diagonal somewhere between the EVO and Galaxy Tab. The primary display will be accompanied by a secondary screen that flips up from the back, possibly using a hinge.
HTC is the most likely candidate for this release and there have been rumors concerning the 3D capabilities of the new slate… This makes the product seems like one big Nintendo 3DS.
