Chinese outfit Cube seems to be ready to release a new huge size phablet, with a 6.98 inch diagonal, but also with Windows 10 Mobile on board. This makes Cube one of the few companies to still have faith in the mobile platform from Microsoft.

Sadly we have very few details about Cube’s product, but what’s sure is that Cube is very keen on Microsoft’s platforms. They’ve already announced a 12 inch Windows 10 tablet, the Cube i9, that’s quite similar to the Surface slates. Back to the phablet, it’s said to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, clocked at 1.3 GHz and a 720p resolution, pretty modest for such a big model.

A 3000 mAh battery is also expected and all in all this sounds more like a Lenovo Phab Plus rival than anything else. I expect something like 2 or 3 GB of RAM on board, a 13 MP back camera, 5 MP front shooter and 16 GB of storage.
