Among the browsers available at the moment, we also have Amazon Silk, a software not so popular. However, Amazon is trying to improve the usability of this browser, and it’s doing it by launching new updates that promises an easier-to-use tablet surfing experience.
With the new version of Amazon‘s browser we get to see our most visited sites as easy-to-read tiles, when we’re visiting Silk’s home page. Now we can bookmark a page just with a single tap on the screen, while on the home screen we have a reading list section where we can save our favourite articles. In the same time, Amazon Silk let us to keep an unlimited number of tabs open.
At the moment, Amazon’s Silk updates are available for the following devices: 2015 Fire Tablets (Fire, Fire HD 8, Fire HD 10), 2014 Fire Tablets (Fire HD 6, Fire HD 7, Fire HDX 8.9), and for the 2013 Fire Tablets (Kindle Fire HD 7″, Kindle Fire HDX 7″, and Kindle Fire HDX 8.9″).
