Even if the chinese government banned the Windows 8 tablets in institutions because they consider that this OS is not secure enough, out there are showing up some alternative for this kind of tablets. Recently, Livefan released on the chinese market a Windows 7 tablet that packs a pretty awesome hardware.
Livefan F2 comes with a 11.6-inch Full HD display (1920 x 1080 pixels), an Intel Core i7 (Intel Celeron 1037U) dual-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, a microSD/TF card slot, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera and a 5-megapixel main camera.
We also get Wifi, Bluetooth, external 3G, one HDMI port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, one DC jack and one earphone jack. The tablet packs a 4.000 mAh battery, weighs 884 grams, and measures 302 mm in lenght, 184 mm in width and 10 mm in thickness. Livefan F2 is already available on the market at a $500 pricetag.
