We’re dealing with an 8 inch device with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and an IPS display panel. Inside there’s a 1.6 GHz Rockchip RK3188T processor, a quad core ARM Cortex A9, accompanied by 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. We’ve got a 4000 mAh battery inside, support for WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 MP front facing shooter. There’s also a microSD card slot and the device measures 0.4 inches in thickness.

The product weighs just under a pound and Hisense has a good track record till now. The pricing of this model hasn’t been detailed on an official level, for someone from California is selling the Hisense Sero 8 on Craigslist for $140. In the UK the product goes for 90 quid, which is about $150.
