The Teclast Chinese tablet maker is famous already because we covered some of their devices and they were quite appealing, both in price and hardware. Teclast has a new 7 inch tablet that may interest you and apparently it’s some sort of lower end version of a previous Full HD release.

G17s-3G

The newcomer packs a 7 inch IPS screen with a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, 3G connectivity and a quad core MediaTek MT8382 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. It also has GPS, WiFi b connectivity, Bluetooth and a rear camera with a speculated resolution of 3 megapixels. A front webcam is included as well, probably with VGA res.

The Teclast G17s is a dual SIM slate by the way and rumor has it that the device won’t pass the $100 mark. For a GPS and 3G dual SIM slate I’d say we’re not doing especially since the quad core MediaTek CPU doesn’t sound bad.
