Prolific leakster @evleaks is doing the rounds ahead of MWC 2014, with a fresh batch of leaked specs, this time for a new Sony tablet. As expected, Sony will unveil a new Xperia Tablet at MWC and this one is supposed to be dubbed Sony Xperia Z2 Tab.
The model integrates a 10.1 inch Full HD display, 3 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 800 2.3 GHz CPU. The screen uses Triluminos tech and we also get 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, 8 MP back camera and a front 2 MP shooter. The batter is a 6000 mAh unit and the whole thing measures merely 6.4 mm in thickness.
The Xperia Z2 Tab has Android 4.4 KitKat as the OS and a waterproof body. Considering Sony keeps naming patterns close for its main Android phone and tablet, the Z2 Tab thing basically also confirms the Xperia Z2 handset. Expect more novelty next week in Barcelona!
