Lenovo did cancel a Yoga Windows slate model recently, but they may be working on a brand new device of this type. The company has a 11.6 inch Yoga slate and a 13.3 incher, but they may be preparing a 10 inch unit as well.
The Yoga line is a convertible slate series and the devices tend to look like laptops at first sight, but you can also use them as tablets. The trademark design allows the user to push the screen back 360 degrees until is rests below the keyboard and you’re allowed to use the device as a tablet. By the way, an unannounced device called the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 appeared at the FCC, yet another confirmation that such a device is in the making.
We don’t have much information on the product, aside from the fact it supports WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and packs a 10 inch display. Lenovo has Windows 8 and Windows RT slates part of its original design tablet series, but it’s not clear what the 10 incher will get. My money is on the Windows 8 platform.
