We’ve been expecting HTC to release a phablet or two for a while now, with the most likely model to come first being the HTC One Max and then the HTC T6. The One Max has finally leaked on the web in the hands on shot below, that clearly indicates the HTC One industrial design is kept.
The BoomSound speakers are here and the edges of the screen are very narrow. Also, the device is pretty long and it’s rumored to feature a 5.9 inch Full HD screen. This is a dual SIM unit for China and it comes with a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, a 3,200 mAh battery and it’s rumored to pop up early next month at IFA 2013.
I can’t help but wonder if this and the T6 unit are one and the same, since I can’t imagine HTC making two similar phablets. Maybe the T6 will be inspired by the Butterfly series, who knows? It will be a very interesting IFA 2013, with models such as this one and the Samsung Galaxy Note III on display.
