We’ve seen a lot of knockoffs and clones from Asia, but the device below seems more of a rival for the Xperia Z Ultra than a clone of some other device. You can watch it play NOVA 3 without the slightest hint of lag in the video below.
The name is OrientPhone Mega 6.5 and this is a 6.5 inch 1080p phablet, that packs a quad core CPU. This product uses a 1.5 GHz quad core Mediatek MT6589T processor, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, while at the back there’s a 13 MP camera. Upfront we’ve got a 5 MP cam and Android 4.2.1 is the OS of choice here.
There’s a 3150 mAh battery inside and even a bundled stylus to play with. The lower side of the body, particularly the front makes me think of a device that Samsung would make. The product measures 9.5 mm in thickness, so it’s quite bulky. The price tag is $319.68 on OrientDeal, which is not that bad after all.
