Ematic is one of those companies that you haven’t heard about and they amaze you by offering a tablet with Android 4.0 and 3D glasses. I’m talking about the eGlide Prism slate, that runs Android ICS and sports a sleek design. This device is a 7 incher tablet, that you can check out below.
Roy Rayn, the general manager of Ematic is saying that the eGlid Prism packs “the latest technology designed for an improved user experience”, plus it’s a very slim device. The press release claims that the eGlide Prism has a video player capable of supporting up to 2160p in resolution for 3D HD videos. The 9mm thin tablet weighs around 0.6 pounds and features 8 GB of internal memory, plus an extra 5 GB of cloud storage. Connectivity options include WiFi and USB and the rest of the specs involve a front camera and integrated speaker.
There’s also a microSD card slot and the pricing here is pretty incredible: $157.16, a reduction from the usual $216 right now and it also includes that nifty pair of 3D glasses.
