OPPO unveiled the oft leaked Pad Neo tablet a few days ago, starting with the Malaysian market. The device is a budget tablet with a 90 Hz display and also a MediaTek Helio G99 processor. More specs are available below.

The debut comes together with the OPPO Reno 11 smartphones and new Enco earbuds. The OPPO Pad Neo features an 11.35 inch LCD display with a 2.4K resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. There’s also a set of quad speakers on board with Dolby Atmos. Inside we find the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, which is also found on the realme Pad 2 and Lenovo Tab P11 Gen 2.

Then there’s 6 or 8 GB of RAM, of the LPDDR4X variety, plus 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The tablet also packs an 8000 mAh battery, that offers up to 14.5 hours of continuous video playback and also has 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. We get ColorOS 13.2 as the custom UI here, on top of Android 13. To these specs we add an 8 megapixel main camera, plus a 8 MP front camera.

As far as connectivity goes, we get Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2, plus optional LTE on a higher end model. OPPO Pad Neo is sold in Malaysia in two configs: a Wi-Fi only model with 6 GB of RAM and a Wi-Fi + LTE model with 8 GB of RAM. Both have a sleek Space Grey colorway and the starting price should be at $260 sans taxes.
