OPPO Pad 3 is part of the announcements that happened during the OPPO and MediaTek event held yesterday. The device is a brand new tablet, with an impressive 144 Hz screen and a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor.

It’s supposed to be a more affordable alternative to the OPPO Pad 3 Pro. That one has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and this one a MediaTek Dimensity 8350. Pad 3 relies on an 11.61 inch 2000 x 800 pixel resolution display, with an IPS LCD panel, that has a 144 Hz refresh rate. The display also offers a 480 Hz touch sampling rate, as well as 700 nits of brightness.

There’s also an anti glare coating available, that’s supposed to reduce ambient glare by 97%. It also comes with support for OPPO Pencil 2, that will be shipped for free with a preorder. The new OPPO tablet measures just 6.3 mm in thickness and weighs 536 grams. It’s got inside a 9520 mAh battery, that charges at 67W. There are also two 8 megapixel back cameras here, as well as two 8 MP front cameras.

The front one offers only 1080p video capture, while the back one also does 4K. There are quad speakers on board as well. OPPO Pad 3 runs on ColorOS 15, applied on top of Android 15. The 7:5 screen aspect is good for running two apps side by side in landscape mode for multitasking. We also get OPPO’s Circle to Search and the device is available in Sunshine Purple, Night Blue, Star Track Bright Silver.

It comes in 3 configs: 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM, 256 GB storage. Plus 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. The starting price is 275 euros.
